  • Partner with external ecosystem partners to support solution selling and expand market reach.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting, ensuring consistent updates and performance visibility.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, trust, and long-term relationship retention.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in leasing, financing, or public sector sales (SLED experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of state, local government, and education market dynamics.
  • Experience with financial concepts such as leasing structures, pricing models, and asset management solutions.

  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities in a high-travel, field-based role.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong understanding of customer business needs and ability to translate them into tailored solutions.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based variable compensation and commission structure.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Financial wellbeing benefits and retirement savings options.
  • Flexible remote/field-based work arrangement.

  • Career growth opportunities across global business functions.
  • Inclusive work culture focused on diversity, equity, and belonging.
  • Tools and support to manage work-life balance and personal wellbeing.
