The environment is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and centered on continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of digital fundraising campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and performance benchmarks.
  • Contribute to digital strategy development including audience segmentation, messaging frameworks, channel mix, and donor journey design.
  • Translate client goals into structured campaign plans with defined KPIs, testing strategies, and optimization roadmaps.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery including setup, asset coordination, platform execution, and quality assurance across all touchpoints.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports, transforming data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and consistent campaign quality.
  • Participate in client meetings, presenting results, strategic recommendations, and ongoing optimization opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 5–7 years of experience in digital campaign management, digital marketing, or digital project management, preferably in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Proven ability to contribute to and execute digital strategy, including segmentation, channel planning, and performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as email, SMS, advertising platforms, and fundraising or marketing automation systems.
  • Experience building and managing campaigns such as emails, landing pages, donation forms, and related digital assets.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience creating dashboards and interpreting performance data for clients.
  • Client-facing experience with the ability to present strategies and results clearly to stakeholders at different levels.
  • Strong understanding of direct response marketing and/or fundraising is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Marketing Suite, Asana, Monday.com, or Power BI is a plus.
  • Experience working with mission-driven, advocacy, or values-based organizations is an advantage.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary of $65,000–$75,000 per year.
  • Fully remote work option within the continental United States.
  • Flexible work environment with potential access to office space if desired.
  • Competitive benefits package (details shared during the hiring process).
  • Opportunity to work on meaningful, mission-driven fundraising campaigns.
  • Exposure to diverse clients, strategic challenges, and advanced digital marketing tools.
