Patient Care Coordinator in Centerville, Ohio at Spa Medicca OH LLC

The Patient Care Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for patients at the Spa Medicca Centerville location. The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service in all interactions. This position is responsible for the front desk check in and check out process, guest relations experience, appointment coordination, and product sales.

This position will be scheduled full time hours, Monday through Friday, but the schedule will vary. Some days will be 7:30am - 3:30pm, and some days will be 12pm - 8pm. Must be able to work between those scheduled hours.

Prior customer service, guest relationship experience

Prior experience in a healthcare setting

Prior experience with working with HIPAA Privacy rules

Prior experience with Medical software
