We are looking for an energetic, motivated Customer Service Representative to join our local team and serve as the friendly voice of our company.
Job SummaryThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for building lasting relationships with our customers and the AirHawk team. In this role, you will connect with customers in our local communities to schedule service, maintenance, or new system installation appointments.
Key ResponsibilitiesAppointment Booking: Handle inbound calls and make outbound follow-up calls to book appointments for our service technicians and sales teams.
Team Coordination: Provide accurate, detailed appointment information to our field teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Performance Tracking: Log and track calling efforts, bookings, and customer interactions in our dispatching system.
Customer Follow-Up: Reach out to customers post-service to ensure total satisfaction and maintain our high standards of care.
Ad-Hoc Support: Perform other office administrative duties as requested to support the branch.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
License: Possess a valid driver’s license.
Eligibility: Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Personality: Energetic, friendly, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Efficiency: Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and handle tasks with minimal supervision.
Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and consistent attendance.
Ability to operate a computer, phone, and standard office equipment.
Ability to sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods of time.
