Part Time Night Auditor in Glens Falls, New York at THE QUEENSBURY HOTEL

The Queensbury Hotel is located in the heart of Glens Falls, conveniently on the bus line. It is a Historic Hotel property and is the oldest standing hotel in the city.

Night Auditor:

The Queensbury Hotel is seeking a dependable, motivated, outgoing and friendly candidate to be part of their team. This will be include two overnight shifts and possibly room for more. Weekends and holidays required.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Checking Guests in & out
-Answering phone calls
-Making reservations
-End of day reporting
-Balancing folios and credit card charges
-Filing
-Preparing tax exempt documents
-Group billing and invoices
-Running items to a room and meeting guest requests
-Must be able to stand for full shift.
