Join our team as a Coffee Supervisor!
As the Coffee Supervisor, you are an essential leader within our restaurant, guiding Baristas and Shift Leads to deliver outstanding service and smooth operations from the moment we open until closing time. Your role is hands-on and dynamic: you jump in to help prepare drinks during busy periods, coach the team to maintain high standards, and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience. Your ability to motivate, organize, and collaborate keeps the atmosphere positive and the workflow efficient. With your commitment and expertise, each day is an opportunity to set the tone for success and ensure both our staff and guests enjoy the best our caf has to offer.
KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Espresso Extraordinaire: Welcome guests with a smile, whip up delicious drinks, and share your best menu tipsall while keeping the register humming and the pastry case filled with tasty treats!
- Clean Scene:Keep every nook and cranny sparkling, from the coffee bar to the dining area, ensuring our shop always shines and guests feel at home.
- Team Spirit Leader:Lead Baristas and Shift Leads to caffeinated greatness, inspiring, training, and making sure everyone pours their bestfront and back of house included!
- Promotion Potion Master: Work your magic with the manager to craft buzzworthy specials, smart schedules, and fun promotions, fueling both team energy and shop success.
- Numbers Ninja: Track budgets, control costs, and report wins to the GMall while maximizing profits without ever losing that professional style.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Requires 3 or more years of experience in Hotel Food & Beverage Management experience or other successful F&B service industry.
- Possesses intermediate knowledge of subject matter.
- Should have good interpersonal skills.
- Should be a good team leader and possess the ability of keeping the associates motivated.
- Should possess good written as well as verbal communication skills.
- Be incredibly friendly, customer-centric, love to smile and have FUN in a team environment.
