This strategic leadership role is focused on driving large-scale digital transformation across global industrial and energy markets, ensuring digital products deliver measurable commercial value and strong customer impact. You will act as the key bridge between global product teams and regional business stakeholders, translating market needs into scalable digital solutions. The role combines portfolio governance, product adoption leadership, and stakeholder engagement across complex multinational environments. You will influence digital investment priorities, shape global roadmaps, and ensure local market relevance of global platforms. A core part of your mission is to accelerate adoption across sales teams, distributors, and customers while removing friction in digital journeys. Operating in a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment, you will help ensure digital initiatives directly contribute to business growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience excellence.
- Lead the end-to-end digital portfolio across customer, consumer, sales, and marketing domains, ensuring alignment with global strategy and business priorities.
- Act as the gatekeeper for global digital products, assessing scalability, relevance, and effectiveness for local market adoption.
- Drive adoption of digital platforms across sales teams, distributors, and customers, ensuring strong engagement and measurable usage.
- Serve as a key liaison between business leadership and global product teams, translating market needs into actionable product direction.
- Own portfolio governance, investment prioritization, benefits tracking, and performance measurement across digital initiatives.
- Identify and deploy local digital solutions in partnership with global engineering, architecture, and digital operations teams.
- Lead rollout and scaling of global digital products across markets, resolving cross-functional delivery and adoption challenges.
- Define and track KPIs for adoption, value realization, and commercial impact across digital capabilities.
- Build and manage strategic relationships across marketing, sales, finance, and digital functions to ensure alignment and execution.
- Provide executive-level insights and reporting on portfolio performance, customer experience improvements, and business impact.
- Extensive experience (typically 15+ years) in digital transformation, portfolio leadership, product adoption, or large-scale business change programs.
- Proven track record of driving adoption and commercial impact of customer-facing digital solutions in complex, global organizations.
- Strong experience working across product, marketing, sales, customer experience, and technology functions.
- Ability to translate market insights and customer needs into scalable digital solutions and business outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in portfolio governance, investment prioritization, and business case development.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across global and regional teams.
- Experience leading organizational change and enabling digital adoption across customers, distributors, or internal teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on measurable value delivery and performance outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field (advanced certifications in digital, agile, or change management are a plus).
