As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a home setting—helping them live with independence, dignity, and routine.

• Hourly position
• Shift differentials available ($1–$3/hour on top of base pay)

• Assist with daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Administer medications (as trained)
• Prepare meals and support with household routines
• Transport residents to activities and appointments
• Monitor and report any changes in behavior or health
• Help create a safe, structured, and positive home environment

• Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License (REQUIRED)
• Reliable, consistent attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A caring, patient, and dependable approach

• Experience in caregiving, DSP, healthcare, or residential settings
• Familiarity with medication administration or behavior support
