We are seeking an Office/HR Assistant to join our hard working and fast-paced team.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend networking events, job fairs, and manage booths at local community events.
- Works with hiring managers in posting requisitions, reviews and screens potential candidates. Conducts phone screens and schedules interviews. Assists HR in pre-employment process.
- Coordinates new employee orientation.
- Develop and schedule weekly social media posts, collaborating with the team for feedback and approval.
- Manage rural accounts by handling orders, checking sales orders, adjusting orders before invoicing, and maintaining daily communication.
- Administrative duties include: filing, scanning, copying, faxing, and ordering office supplies.
- Acts as a resource for employees who have questions and/or concerns about policies, procedures and compliance issues.
- Associates or college degree or 3 years directly related experience.
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality and discretion in dealing with confidential issues.
- Working knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and customer service excellence
- Ability to lift, pull, push, and carry objects or reports up to approximately 20 pounds, and occasionally lift about 30 pounds
- Valid Driver's License
- Occasional weekend availability necessary
