🩺 What You'll Do

As a Caregiver/CNA, you will:

✅ Provide direct resident care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
✅ Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility
✅ Support residents in maintaining the highest possible level of independence and well-being
✅ Observe and report changes in resident conditions
✅ Follow physician orders, care plans, and established healthcare standards
✅ Create meaningful connections and provide emotional support to residents and families
✅ Promote a safe, comfortable, and positive living environment

🎯 What We're Looking For

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required

Experience

  • Minimum of three (3) months of experience performing basic nursing assistant duties

Qualifications

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Successful completion of an approved CNA training program
  • Completion of all required in-service training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented attitude

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age (Department of Labor requirement)
