About the Role:

Hiring immediately for full time experienced barista with cashier experience. As a Barista, you will be the face of our coffee shop, delivering exceptional beverage and food experiences to every guest. You will engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized service that encourages repeat visits. This role requires balancing speed and accuracy in a fast-paced setting, ensuring all health and safety standards are met. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or food preparation preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions and stand for extended periods.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
• Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, such as preparing drinks, restocking supplies, and assisting team members during busy periods.
