Reporting to the Network & Security Manager, the Network & Security Operations Manager is responsible for managing, evolving, and ensuring the performance of the Group’s network infrastructures, including industrial environments (iLAN), and supervises a RUN team composed of three team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, organize, and manage the RUN team (3 people), ensure the achievement of daily operational objectives, and support the upskilling of team members.

  • Install, deploy, administer, and monitor all network infrastructures, including hardware, software, monitoring tools, and WAN/LAN/MAN environments, as well as Hybrid Datacenter (on-prem & cloud) across both corporate (office) and industrial scopes. • Deploy and integrate new network infrastructures while ensuring technical consistency and compliance with Group standards (integration of new LAN/WAN equipment, expansion to new sites, updating documentation and technical repositories).

  • Manage cross-functional processes: inventory tracking (hardware, licenses, users), CMDB maintenance, capacity management (performance, resources), maintenance and updating of technical documentation (HLD/LLD, repositories, procedures), and contribution to the development of installation and configuration procedures for network equipment (Cisco/Meraki, Cisco ISE, Cisco Catalyst Center, Fortinet, ForcePoint, Ivanti Connect Secure, NetSkope, Kemp, Efficient-IP, Cacti / Centreon).

  • The role may occasionally involve on-call duties, travel, and out-of-hours operations.

  • Strong expertise in network and security equipment (firewalls, RADIUS), LAN environments (Cisco switching), SD-WAN, dynamic routing, and proven experience in VPN security, IPsec/SSL, network segmentation, Proxy, CASB, and Zero Trust.

  • Proven skills in Microsoft systems (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP) and Linux servers.

  • Strong command of English (spoken and written).

  • Previous significant experience in team management or cross-functional leadership.

Skills & Personal Qualities
  • Excellent technical expertise in systems and network administration, ideally within an industrial and international context.

  • Strong organizational skills, with sharp analytical and synthesis abilities.

  • Highly disciplined, autonomous, and capable of managing priorities under pressure.

  • Ability to train, support, and develop a technical team.

  • Personal qualities: integrity, curiosity, determination, initiative, effective communication, and adaptability to change.
