Reporting to the Network & Security Manager, the Network & Security Operations Manager is responsible for managing, evolving, and ensuring the performance of the Group’s network infrastructures, including industrial environments (iLAN), and supervises a RUN team composed of three team members.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, organize, and manage the RUN team (3 people), ensure the achievement of daily operational objectives, and support the upskilling of team members.
Install, deploy, administer, and monitor all network infrastructures, including hardware, software, monitoring tools, and WAN/LAN/MAN environments, as well as Hybrid Datacenter (on-prem & cloud) across both corporate (office) and industrial scopes. The managed estate includes approximately ~160 firewalls, ~400 industrial switches, ~500 office switches, and ~1,600 WiFi access points.
Ensure operational continuity of information systems by guaranteeing availability, service quality, productivity, and security. This includes both reactive activities (Level 2/3 support for production incidents, assistance to IT contacts in subsidiaries) and proactive activities (administration, anticipation, and network capacity management).
Deploy and integrate new network infrastructures while ensuring technical consistency and compliance with Group standards (integration of new LAN/WAN equipment, expansion to new sites, updating documentation and technical repositories).
Manage cross-functional processes: inventory tracking (hardware, licenses, users), CMDB maintenance, capacity management (performance, resources), maintenance and updating of technical documentation (HLD/LLD, repositories, procedures), and contribution to the development of installation and configuration procedures for network equipment (Cisco/Meraki, Cisco ISE, Cisco Catalyst Center, Fortinet, ForcePoint, Ivanti Connect Secure, NetSkope, Kemp, Efficient-IP, Cacti / Centreon).
The role may occasionally involve on-call duties, travel, and out-of-hours operations.
Bachelor’s degree +5 (Master’s or equivalent), with at least 10 years of experience in systems and network administration in demanding environments.
Strong expertise in network and security equipment (firewalls, RADIUS), LAN environments (Cisco switching), SD-WAN, dynamic routing, and proven experience in VPN security, IPsec/SSL, network segmentation, Proxy, CASB, and Zero Trust.
Proven skills in Microsoft systems (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP) and Linux servers.
Strong command of English (spoken and written).
Previous significant experience in team management or cross-functional leadership.
Excellent technical expertise in systems and network administration, ideally within an industrial and international context.
Strong organizational skills, with sharp analytical and synthesis abilities.
Highly disciplined, autonomous, and capable of managing priorities under pressure.
Ability to train, support, and develop a technical team.
