This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on content leader to shape and scale a high-impact thought leadership function within a fast-growing, innovation-driven environment. In this role, you will drive the full content lifecycle — from identifying market-relevant topics to producing compelling narratives that influence brand visibility, lead generation, and business growth. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, marketing teams, and external partners to transform complex ideas into engaging, data-driven content across multiple formats and channels. The position offers a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial culture where creativity, strategic thinking, and execution excellence are highly valued. This remote role also provides regular opportunities for in-person collaboration through monthly travel to the Denver headquarters. If you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy connecting content strategy to measurable business outcomes, this role offers significant visibility and impact.
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive thought leadership and content strategy aligned with business objectives, marketing initiatives, SEO/SEM priorities, and audience engagement goals.
- Identify timely and high-value content opportunities by analyzing industry trends, proprietary insights, competitive activity, and market developments.
- Own the end-to-end content production process, including editorial planning, content creation, stakeholder collaboration, approvals, publishing, and performance optimization.
- Partner with internal subject matter experts and external vendors to develop compelling short-form and long-form content that supports brand authority and demand generation.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s content library by refreshing, repurposing, and optimizing existing assets for SEO performance and audience relevance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with web, campaigns, SEO, and brand teams to ensure content consistency, strong storytelling, and effective audience journeys.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships while ensuring all deliverables meet strategic, editorial, and brand standards.
- Provide editorial leadership and quality control to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment across all published materials.
- 8+ years of B2B content marketing experience, with significant focus on thought leadership and strategic content development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven ability to build and execute content strategies that support lead generation, brand positioning, and business growth.
- Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and executive communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging narratives.
- Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and managing freelancers, agencies, or external content partners.
- Solid understanding of SEO/SEM best practices and how content contributes to organic growth and campaign performance.
- Strong research and analytical capabilities, with the ability to leverage data for strategic recommendations and content optimization.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, including experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or similar project management platforms is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, evolving environment with a proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.
- Ability and willingness to travel to Denver, CO for at least one week per month.
- Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $160,000, based on experience and qualifications.
- Fully remote work environment within the Continental United States.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on day one.
- 401(k) plan with company match to support long-term financial planning.
- Discretionary paid time off policy offering flexibility and work-life balance.

- Employee Assistance Program for personal and professional wellbeing support.
- Wellness and fitness reimbursement programs.
- Pre-tax savings options for dependent care, transportation, and flexible spending accounts.
