Requirements:
  • 10+ years of product management experience, including senior leadership roles within enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven success developing and executing multi-year product strategies for scalable software platforms or ecosystem-based products.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance technical complexity, customer requirements, and commercial objectives.
  • Technical fluency and credibility working closely with engineering teams on platform architecture, APIs, integrations, or developer-focused solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive audiences and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as energy, healthcare, or finance is considered a strong advantage.
  • Passion for innovation, sustainability, and leveraging technology to create meaningful operational and environmental impact.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required; advanced education is a plus.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
Benefits:

  • 100% employer-paid medical coverage for employees.
  • 401(k) plan with company matching contributions.

  • Paid parental leave and education assistance programs.
  • Gym subsidy, wellness support, and commuter-friendly benefits including bike membership options.
  • Collaborative, mission-driven culture focused on innovation, impact, and professional growth.
