GENERAL MANAGER – HIGH VOLUME, FULL-SERVICE ONLY
Green Coyote Cantina – Avondale | Decatur, GA
New Restaurant Opening | July 2026
We are opening a high-energy Tex-Mex concept built on great food, craft beverages, and a true neighborhood vibe. We’re looking for a proven General Manager who can lead from the front, drive results, and build a strong, positive team culture.
This is not a stepping-stone role — we’re seeking a career restaurant professional ready to take full ownership of a high-volume, full-service restaurant. If you have not successfully led a $3M+ full-service operation, this is not the role for you.
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years as a General Manager in full-service, high-volume restaurants
- NO fast casual / NO fast food backgrounds
- Proven success managing $4M+ in annual revenue
- Expert-level understanding of P&L, labor, and cost controls
- Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and retain strong management teams
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Financial Performance
- Hit and maintain labor + COGS targets
- Drive top-line sales while protecting margins
- Own weekly P&L review and corrective action
Operations
- Execute every shift at a high level — no drop-offs
- Maintain consistent food quality, service, and standards
- Flawless execution of scheduling, inventory, and systems
Team Leadership
- Build and retain a strong management bench
- Develop leaders — not just staff
- Hold team accountable with clear expectations and follow-through
Guest Experience
- Create a high-energy, hospitality-driven culture
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Build a base of repeat, loyal guests

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Full restaurant operations (FOH + BOH alignment)
- Hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
- Labor, scheduling, and cost control
- Inventory, ordering, and systems (POS, payroll, etc.)
- Culture, standards, and overall restaurant performance
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Competitive salary + lucrative performance-based bonus package
- $65K-$85K Based on Experience
