This leadership role is centered on shaping and executing enterprise talent acquisition strategies that directly support organizational growth, operational scalability, and workforce transformation. You will lead a high-performing recruiting team while overseeing full-cycle hiring across multiple business functions, including corporate roles, service delivery operations, and M&A integrations. The position blends strategic workforce planning with hands-on leadership, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to translate labor market insights into actionable hiring strategies. You will act as a key advisor to business leaders, influencing hiring decisions through data, market intelligence, and recruitment expertise. This is a highly visible role in a fast-paced environment where talent strategy directly impacts business performance and expansion.
- Lead and execute U.S. talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives, workforce planning needs, and organizational growth priorities.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across assigned business units, ensuring compliance with employment laws, policies, and hiring standards.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 4–6 talent acquisition professionals, fostering performance excellence and continuous development.
- Use recruiting metrics, dashboards, and labor market data to guide decision-making and improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
- Lead talent acquisition projects, ensuring structured planning, stakeholder alignment, and successful execution of hiring initiatives.
- Support M&A-related recruiting activities, including due diligence, workforce integration, onboarding coordination, and transition planning.
- Partner with internal leaders and external vendors to provide strategic hiring insights and optimize recruitment outcomes.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives in collaboration with marketing and HR stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 10–12+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on talent acquisition.
- 5–7+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing recruitment teams.
- 3+ years of experience supporting or managing M&A-related talent acquisition activities.
- Experience working with offshore recruiting teams or global talent acquisition models.
- Strong expertise in full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and candidate assessment strategies.
- Proven project management and change management capabilities in complex, evolving environments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align talent strategies to organizational goals.
- Excellent executive communication skills with experience presenting data-driven insights to senior leadership.
- Preferred certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or PHR.
