  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless transition from deal closure to successful client onboarding and delivery.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B business development, account management, or client services within AI, technology, or digital services environments.
  • Proven experience working with enterprise accounts or high-growth startup ecosystems.
  • Strong track record of generating new business through relationship-building, networking, and ecosystem engagement.
  • Experience working with technical or product-led customers and translating needs into scalable service solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI services, data workflows, or emerging technologies is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and data fluency skills, including pipeline tracking and performance reporting.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining structured execution.
  • Highly collaborative mindset with the ability to align cross-functional teams around client success.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (25–50%).
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $150,000 annually.
  • Performance-based business development commission scheme with significant earning potential.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions.
  • Paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays.
  • Remote work flexibility across the United States.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI industry leaders and enterprise innovation projects.
  • Opportunity to shape go-to-market strategy in a rapidly growing AI services landscape.
