- Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically distributed team of Strategic Sales Representatives across the Midwest region, fostering a high-performance and collaborative sales culture.
- Build and execute regional business plans designed to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through both new customer acquisition and account expansion.
- Manage the full enterprise sales lifecycle, including pipeline generation, opportunity development, forecasting, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Partner with executive leadership and go-to-market teams to shape sales strategies, optimize territory planning, and strengthen overall market presence.
- Drive sales execution through security channel partners and strategic alliances while navigating complex enterprise buying processes.
- Coach and support team members in adopting structured sales methodologies, improving pipeline quality, and increasing conversion performance.
- Develop strong relationships with enterprise customers and key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and support long-term customer success.
- Contribute to the development of future sales leadership talent by promoting continuous learning, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate effectively across remote teams and multiple time zones to ensure alignment, communication, and business momentum.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading enterprise or strategic SaaS sales teams with a proven history of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Strong background managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving Fortune 1000 or large-scale organizations.
- Experience selling through security-focused channel partners and managing indirect sales relationships.
- Proven expertise in SaaS sales environments related to cloud technologies, security, telemetry, IT operations, logs, metrics, or AI-driven infrastructure solutions.
- Demonstrated success developing sales pipelines, opening new enterprise accounts, and driving account expansion strategies.
- Familiarity with MEDDIC or comparable enterprise sales methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment while effectively managing distributed teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, forecasting, negotiation, and business planning capabilities.
- Background in cloud computing, cybersecurity, machine learning, or AI-related technologies is considered a strong advantage.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $200,000 to $215,000 USD, depending on experience and geographic location.
