This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced enterprise sales professional passionate about driving growth in fast-moving SaaS and AI infrastructure markets. The role focuses on leading and scaling a team of strategic sales representatives across the Midwest region while developing strong go-to-market strategies and expanding enterprise customer relationships. You will play a critical role in shaping sales performance, coaching future sales leaders, and building long-term partnerships with large organizations navigating cloud, security, and telemetry transformation initiatives. Working in a remote-first environment, you will collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, strengthen pipeline development, and support complex enterprise sales cycles. This position is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys mentoring high-performing teams, and is excited by the opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing technology organization.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically distributed team of Strategic Sales Representatives across the Midwest region, fostering a high-performance and collaborative sales culture.
  • Build and execute regional business plans designed to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through both new customer acquisition and account expansion.
  • Manage the full enterprise sales lifecycle, including pipeline generation, opportunity development, forecasting, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Partner with executive leadership and go-to-market teams to shape sales strategies, optimize territory planning, and strengthen overall market presence.
  • Drive sales execution through security channel partners and strategic alliances while navigating complex enterprise buying processes.
  • Coach and support team members in adopting structured sales methodologies, improving pipeline quality, and increasing conversion performance.
  • Develop strong relationships with enterprise customers and key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and support long-term customer success.
  • Contribute to the development of future sales leadership talent by promoting continuous learning, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate effectively across remote teams and multiple time zones to ensure alignment, communication, and business momentum.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading enterprise or strategic SaaS sales teams with a proven history of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong background managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving Fortune 1000 or large-scale organizations.
  • Experience selling through security-focused channel partners and managing indirect sales relationships.
  • Proven expertise in SaaS sales environments related to cloud technologies, security, telemetry, IT operations, logs, metrics, or AI-driven infrastructure solutions.
  • Demonstrated success developing sales pipelines, opening new enterprise accounts, and driving account expansion strategies.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC or comparable enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment while effectively managing distributed teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, forecasting, negotiation, and business planning capabilities.
  • Background in cloud computing, cybersecurity, machine learning, or AI-related technologies is considered a strong advantage.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $200,000 to $215,000 USD, depending on experience and geographic location.
  • Commission and incentive compensation plan with strong earning potential.
  • Equity participation opportunities.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and short-term disability insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Generous paid time off and company holidays.
  • Fertility treatment support benefits.
  • Fully remote-first work environment with flexibility across time zones.
  • Opportunity to join a rapidly growing technology company serving major enterprise organizations.
  • Inclusive and collaborative culture focused on innovation, growth, and professional development.
