Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Safety Sensitive* Rotating Shifts (7AM - 7PM)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians

- Monitor patient health status and document observations accurately

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to safety protocols

- Assist with patient assessments, vital signs, and basic nursing procedures

- Ensure compliance with safety-sensitive policies and procedures at all times

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

- Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly to appropriate personnel

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment

- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred

- Strong understanding of safety-sensitive procedures and protocols

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a rotating shift schedule, including early mornings and long hours

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

- Commitment to patient safety and quality care

- Must have a valid BLS Certification.
