Job Description
We are looking for a candidate who works well independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience in supervising others is a must. This part-time position pays $17.00
Responsibilities:
Observe and Patrol- Conduct walking tours as an unarmed security guard.
Loss Prevention- Help prevent loss from theft of persons or property.
Monitor- Monitoring and review CCTV footage.
Record- Preparing Activity Reports that include the name of the guard, areas patrolled, and a summary of events
Receive and record delivery of parcels and packages.
Facilitate arrivals and departures of contractors, guests, and delivery personnel.
Advise residents and their guests of rules and policies.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
