This is an exciting opportunity for a QA Automation professional who wants to take full ownership of building automation capabilities from the ground up in a modern, innovation-driven environment. In this role, you will play a key part in defining and implementing the entire QA automation strategy, including frameworks, tools, and infrastructure for web, API, and mobile testing. You will work in a highly collaborative, multicultural, and agile setting where quality engineering is deeply embedded in the development lifecycle. The position requires a strong ability to design scalable and maintainable test architectures while ensuring seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with business and technical requirements. This role is ideal for someone passionate about automation, continuous improvement, and building high-impact engineering solutions from scratch.
- Define and implement QA automation infrastructure from scratch, including tools, frameworks, and environment setup.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable, and robust automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile applications.
- Integrate automated testing suites into CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast feedback and continuous quality validation.
- Establish testing standards, strategies, best practices, and test data management approaches across engineering teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to define requirements and align technical solutions.
- Lead the definition and evolution of test architecture and automation strategies in greenfield environments.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of quality, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure high-quality delivery through effective test planning, execution, and automation governance.
- Proven experience building QA automation frameworks and environments from scratch (greenfield projects).
- Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Solid experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Experience working with cloud environments and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of test strategy design, automation architecture, and quality engineering principles.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical decisions.
