In this role, you will play a key part in defining and implementing the entire QA automation strategy, including frameworks, tools, and infrastructure for web, API, and mobile testing. The position requires a strong ability to design scalable and maintainable test architectures while ensuring seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with business and technical requirements. Accountabilities:

Define and implement QA automation infrastructure from scratch, including tools, frameworks, and environment setup.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable, and robust automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile applications.
Integrate automated testing suites into CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast feedback and continuous quality validation.
Establish testing standards, strategies, best practices, and test data management approaches across engineering teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to define requirements and align technical solutions.
Lead the definition and evolution of test architecture and automation strategies in greenfield environments.
Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of quality, learning, and continuous improvement.
Ensure high-quality delivery through effective test planning, execution, and automation governance.

Requirements:

Proven experience building QA automation frameworks and environments from scratch (greenfield projects).
Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Solid experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
Experience working with cloud environments and modern DevOps practices.
Strong understanding of test strategy design, automation architecture, and quality engineering principles.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical decisions.
