You will manage a portfolio of active client accounts, overseeing performance, retention, communication, and strategic execution across multiple campaigns simultaneously. Working closely with SDRs, delivery specialists, and internal stakeholders, you will act as the driving force behind account success and long-term partnership growth. The position is highly collaborative and performance-oriented, combining strategic thinking with hands-on client leadership. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of multiple client accounts while ensuring campaign performance and strong stakeholder alignment. You will act as both strategist and relationship owner, proactively identifying opportunities, resolving issues, and guiding internal teams toward ambitious KPIs. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing 10–15 active client accounts simultaneously, ensuring strong account health, retention, and growth
- Developing and optimizing outbound omnichannel strategies tailored to client goals and market conditions
- Leading daily client meetings, including strategy discussions, progress updates, and issue resolution conversations
- Coordinating cross-functional delivery pods composed of SDRs, delivery leads, researchers, and content specialists
- Monitoring campaign performance metrics, identifying blockers, and implementing corrective actions when necessary
- Managing escalations and aligning stakeholders internally to improve client outcomes and operational efficiency
- Balancing personal performance targets with broader team KPIs and overall account success
This role requires strong account management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate confidently in a high-volume client-facing environment. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong ownership and relationship-building capabilities. Preferred qualifications include:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, B2B lead generation, or related client-facing roles
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent client projects or accounts, ideally in fast-paced agency or SaaS environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate demanding client conversations professionally
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail
- Native or C2-level English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Experience working with outreach, CRM, and collaboration tools such as HubSpot, Slack, Reply, or similar platforms
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and a high level of accountability
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating effectively across teams
