This role sits at the heart of commercial decision-making for a fast-scaling digital telco environment, where data is central to shaping growth, pricing, and customer experience strategies. You will transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that guide decisions across acquisition, monetization, and product performance. Working closely with commercial, product, marketing, and finance teams, you will help define and track key KPIs while uncovering opportunities to improve business outcomes. The position requires a strong analytical mindset combined with business acumen to support strategic and operational initiatives. You will also play a key role in shaping reporting frameworks and decision-support tools used by leadership teams. You will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making by analyzing commercial performance, supporting strategic initiatives, and enabling better business execution across key growth areas.
- Track and analyze core commercial KPIs to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across acquisition, pricing, and usage funnels
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to commercial, product, and marketing teams to improve performance
- Own recurring reporting cycles for leadership, ensuring clear storytelling and data-driven narratives
- Support ad hoc analysis requests, campaign performance deep-dives, and data tracking setup
- Conduct pricing, bundling, and monetization analyses including scenario modeling and sensitivity testing
- Assist in aligning forecasts, business planning, and revenue assumptions with commercial and finance stakeholders
- Support go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and experimentation frameworks with analytical input
- Build and improve measurement systems to accelerate learning cycles and improve decision-making quality
You are a highly analytical and business-oriented professional with strong data skills and the ability to translate insights into impactful commercial decisions.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, commercial strategy, or growth analytics roles in B2C digital industries
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel, with experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Solid understanding of commercial metrics, ideally within telco, fintech, or e-commerce environments
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into clear business recommendations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience with pricing, revenue analysis, or growth optimization is highly desirable
- Familiarity with emerging or fast-growing digital markets (MENA experience is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and structured thinking
