Duties/Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate commitment to safety first; communicates safety concerns; promotes safe work environment
- Operate a wide variety of equipment to move boxes, stock materials and manage shipments (Stand up reach truck / Sit down forklift / Scissor lift)
- Perform shipping duties, work in FEDEX Ship Manager, UPS World Ship and LTL Select to process orders and ship.
- Maintain shipping and ensure accurate entry in inventory system posting shipments and inventory movement in Microsoft NAV.
- Ensure warehouse remains clean as you go, organized, secure and safe at all times and adheres to the 5’S housekeeping standards
- Assist with physical inventory and other inventory processes as requested
- Participate in team training as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Be adaptable, professional, courteous and motivated with a strong work ethic and attendance.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle a challenging workload and have multi-tasking abilities...
- Ability to work independently and with the team and interact across all levels of the organization to achieve goals.
- Basic computer skills, previous experience with inventory system;
- Microsoft NAV preferred and Microsoft Office applications.
- Have the ability to learn and retain all shipping requirements for customers and use all resources provided to ensure shipments are processed accurately.
- Stand up reach truck / sit-down Forklift / scissor lift certification required.
- Strong attention to detail with organization and communication skills.
Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent.
· Two (2) years’ warehouse experience is preferred.
· Microsoft Office applications
· Warehouse Management Systems (Microsoft NAV)
Physical Requirements:
· Push, pull, or lift 50-100 pounds
· Operate stand up reach truck, sit down forklift and scissor lift.
· Must be able to walk, stand and sit for long periods of time; climbing stairs is required.
