Forklift & Machine Operators Needed

Hanes Industries, Inc. in Conover, NC, a division of Leggett & Platt (NYSE: LEG), are seeking forklift & machine operators. Hanes Industries is the leading converter and distributor of nonwoven and woven fabrics used in a variety of markets.

Qualifications and details:

• Reliable work history
• Comfortable working in an industrial warehouse environment
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Basic math skills
• Forklift experience a plus
• Ability to lift 75 to 100 pounds.
• Read and follow instructions on converting orders.
• Perform routine operations on machine (load, set-up, doff) - make necessary adjustments to meet quality standards.
• Production reporting to be neat and accurate.
• Ability to work overtime and mandatory Saturdays as needed.
• 1st shift hours are 6:30am - 2:30pm Monday thru Friday.
• 2nd shift hours are 2:30pm - 10:30pm Monday thru Friday.
• 3rd shift hours are 10:30pm - 6:30am Sunday thru Thursday.
• We offer a weekly attendance bonus.
• We offer a shift premium for working 2nd or 3rd shift.
