AMRG Exteriors has restored Twin Cities homes since 2013 — roofing, siding, windows, and gutters, across storm and retail. If you're an experienced closer who wants to spend your day building pipeline and serving homeowners, not buried in admin work, this is your seat.

What you'll own

• Build your pipeline daily — canvass, prospect, and work company-provided leads
• Inspect exteriors, document findings, and build scopes in our CRM
• Attend adjuster appointments and guide homeowners through insurance claims
• Secure signed agreements and own the customer relationship through final payment

The support behind you

• Company iPad, CRM, SalesPro, Company Cam, and a full tech stack
• Marketing-generated leads, plus dedicated claims, estimating, and sales enablement teams
• Sales management that sells with you; construction team handles builds

Earning potential

• Uncapped profit splits, and performance bonuses
• Commissions paid twice monthly, at multiple job stages

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in exterior renovation sales, with $1.5M–$5M+ in documented annual closed sales
• Working knowledge of insurance restoration
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to safely inspect roofs
• Self-starter who's driven, coachable, and team-first
