The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic and operational leader who partners closely with senior leadership across the healthcare system to align human resources initiatives with organizational priorities. Operating within a nonprofit, mission-driven environment, the Senior HRBP serves as a trusted advisor and change agent, championing workforce engagement and development, and clinical and operational excellence. This role plays a critical part in shaping culture, driving talent strategies, and supporting leadership in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to the communities we serve.
Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Requirements Education- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
Certifications
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent strongly preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role within a healthcare or mission-based organization.
