Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Account Executive - Americas based in Canada.
This is a high-impact, full-cycle sales role responsible for driving revenue across the Americas for a global digital identity platform. You will own the territory from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close, working with enterprise and platform customers across regulated industries. The role combines consultative selling with technical discovery, requiring close collaboration with engineering, product, BDR, and marketing teams. You’ll engage with identity verification, e-signature, fintech, payments, and other compliance-driven use cases. You’ll also help shape regional strategy by bringing customer and market insights back to the product organization. The environment is remote, international, highly autonomous, and focused on measurable business outcomes.
Own the complete sales cycle across the Americas, including qualification, discovery, technical evaluation, commercial structuring, negotiation, and contract close.
Develop business across IDV providers, e-signature platforms, and medium-to-large regulated enterprises with complex identity verification requirements.
Build compelling business cases around recurring identity verification use cases, including ongoing login and session assurance in addition to initial onboarding.
Manage both direct enterprise sales and partner/reseller-led opportunities, including situations where the end user of the verification solution is the partner's customer.
Work closely with BDR and Marketing teams to develop pipeline while independently sourcing and developing strategic opportunities.
Lead credible technical sales conversations by partnering with Engineering and Product on integration requirements, sandbox evaluations, production testing, and implementation considerations.
Maintain accurate CRM activity, opportunity stages, forecasting, and revenue expectations, providing clear visibility into pipeline health.
Represent the Americas market internally by sharing customer feedback, emerging use cases, geographic opportunities, and market requirements that can inform product and commercial strategy.
6–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS, API, infrastructure, or technology sales, including at least 3 years carrying a full-cycle quota on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Demonstrated experience closing enterprise opportunities involving legal, security, compliance, and other decision-making stakeholders.
Background in identity, KYC/AML, payments, fintech infrastructure, regtech, or another closely related technology environment.
Strong understanding of the different identity verification and regulatory requirements that can apply across the United States and Latin American markets.
Technical credibility with API-first products, including the ability to understand documentation, lead technical discovery, and scope integrations with engineering stakeholders.
Experience selling both directly to enterprise customers and through resellers, platforms, or strategic partners.
Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, pipeline discipline, and accountability for revenue outcomes.
Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously across multiple time zones within a globally distributed organization.
Fluent English is required; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a significant advantage.
Experience with Latin American identity rails such as INE, CPF, CNH, or RENAPER, regulated-industry sales, or the eIDAS 2.0/EUDI Wallet ecosystem is an asset.
Competitive compensation within a high-growth, international technology environment.
Unlimited paid time off.
Remote-friendly work model.
Significant ownership and autonomy from the beginning.
Opportunity to contribute to a high-impact global digital identity product.
Collaboration with a multicultural team spanning multiple countries and regions.
Access to mentorship, leadership visibility, and continuous learning opportunities.
Opportunity to work on emerging identity, compliance, fintech, and digital trust technologies.
Global team environment with colleagues across Seoul, Paris, San Francisco, and other locations.
Structured interview process including recruiter introduction, functional or technical interview, culture conversation, and offer stage.
