Remote Associate Sales Agent in Sylvania, Ohio at Jamilynn Fox - Allstate Insurance

Our local Allstate Agency is seeking high energy, driven and motivated individual to become part of our winning sales team. This is a remote position.

This role requires exceptional relationship building, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion. The best candidate understands the Allstate Insurance model and has market area operations acumen.

An active Ohio Property & Casualty license is required for this role. Prior Allstate experience in property and casualty insurance sales is a must.

Required Skills

• Previous sales experience in insurance or a related field preferred

• Must be willing to participate in local marketing events

Responsibilities Include

• Work remotely Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Manage both outgoing and incoming sales calls to prospective and existing clients
• Achieve daily and monthly sales goals, with a minimum monthly production requirement of $30,000
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on leads
• Build strong client relationships through excellent communication and service

We will develop and train on strategies, sales techniques, sales processes and much more.

• Base pay $20 per hour (higher base negotiable depending on licensing and experience)
• Commission (14% on all sales production)
