Financial & Budget Management Analyst (Strategy & Enterprise Lead) – Expert (PGS) in Springfield, Virginia at PROCLEARED LLC

As the lead financial expert, this individual provides strategic-level expertise to government executive leadership on all aspects of financial planning, programming, and execution. This role leads the entire contractor financial support effort to ensure enterprise-level fiscal health and accountability. Work at this level involves an extraordinary degree of specialized knowledge or expertise performing highly complex and ambiguous assignments that normally require integration and synthesis of a number of unrelated disciplines and disparate concepts.

Duties May Include:

· Serving as the lead contractor financial expert to government executives, providing strategic analysis and recommendations on all financial, cost, and budgetary matters affecting the enterprise.

· Providing expertise to the contractor team in supporting the development, justification, and defense of the entire directorate's budget submission.

· Developing and presenting solutions for the most complex financial issues, including leading the analysis for reprogramming actions and managing cross-program funding strategies for government decision.

· Leading the contractor effort to develop the long-term financial and affordability strategy for the enterprise portfolio for government leadership. Coordinating across directorates and with external organizations to ensure timely processing of financial documents, Interagency Agreements, and the resolution of funding issues.

Required Skills:

· TS/SCI

· Industry leader with exceptional expertise relevant to field, compliant with GSA standards.

· Demonstrated experience providing financial management support to a Program Manager in terms of cost, schedule, performance, and risk management.

· Expert-level knowledge of federal financial regulations, policies, and the PPBE process.

· Experience with the preparation and tracking of funding requisitions such as MIPRs and Air Force 9s (AF9s) across financial management systems.

Desired Skills:

· A Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

· Experience providing direct support to a Comptroller or senior financial leadership office.

· Experienced data mining expertise across multiple financial management systems and presenting that data to the Government.
