• Lead and manage daily store operations, including sales, inventory, staffing, and customer service.
• Create a welcoming environment where customers and employees feel valued.
• Train, coach, and motivate employees to succeed.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Prepare schedules and ensure shifts are properly staffed.
• Monitor expenses and operate within established budget guidelines.
• Oversee pricing, inventory levels, ordering, and product presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and inviting store.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed.
• Step in wherever needed to support the team and keep operations running smoothly.
