This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Maintenance Renewal Specialist – Cisco based in United States.

This role plays a key part in driving the full lifecycle of maintenance renewals across a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will be responsible for supporting renewal operations tied to Cisco SMARTnet and related maintenance offerings, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and timely execution of quotes and contracts. The position sits at the intersection of sales operations, vendor management, and client support, requiring both technical fluency and commercial awareness. You will collaborate closely with account teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure seamless renewal execution and strong customer satisfaction. This is a high-volume, detail-oriented role where speed, precision, and relationship management are essential. You will also help optimize margin outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on service quality and responsiveness.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end maintenance renewal lifecycle, including quoting, validation, pricing, and execution of Cisco SMARTnet and other maintenance agreements.
  • Create, review, and validate complex renewal quotes using tools such as CCW-R, PXP, and CS Hub while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with account managers and internal teams to structure competitive renewal deals aligned with customer needs and business goals.
  • Engage directly with maintenance vendors to resolve issues, negotiate pricing, and improve turnaround times and discount opportunities.
  • Track, import, and maintain renewal data in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and visibility across the renewal pipeline.
  • Provide value-added support services such as serial number updates, contract adjustments, and maintenance schedule management.
  • Proactively identify upcoming renewal opportunities and ensure timely outreach and pipeline visibility.
  • Perform quality control checks on completed renewals to ensure accuracy and margin integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve transaction issues and ensure smooth quote-to-cash processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in maintenance support, sales operations, or technology-related renewal environments.
  • Strong understanding of Cisco SMARTnet renewal processes and related tools such as CCW-R, PXP, CS Hub, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced sales or operations environments.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, including ability to calculate margins and pricing structures.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and make sound judgment calls under pressure.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial and sales principles.
