This senior technical leadership role focuses on designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that address complex business and technology challenges.
You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through architecture decisions and ensuring solutions align with both strategic goals and best practices.
The role combines hands-on technical configuration with high-level solution design and cross-functional leadership across delivery teams.
You will coordinate architects, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality implementation across engagements.
A strong emphasis is placed on translating business requirements into robust Salesforce architectures that are sustainable and scalable.
You will also provide ongoing technical governance, support production environments, and contribute to continuous platform improvement.

In this role, you will lead Salesforce architecture design and delivery while ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions across multiple engagements
- Act as the primary architectural lead, coordinating the work of consultants and technical teams
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture and solution options
- Provide hands-on configuration, customization, and platform development support when required
- Oversee technical governance, ensuring adherence to best practices and delivery standards
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to support planning, execution, and delivery alignment
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture designs, solution blueprints, and test plans
- Provide production support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
- Advise and guide customers on Salesforce capabilities, integrations, and platform optimization
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes within Agile environments
This role requires deep Salesforce expertise, strong architectural experience, and the ability to bridge technical and business needs in complex environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, development, and architecture roles
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, including integrations, custom development, and data migration
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce products and implementation lifecycle management
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Solution Architect or equivalent cloud certifications) strongly preferred
- Experience working in Agile development environments with distributed teams
- Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, influence, and guide technical teams
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or collaboratively
- Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally as required
