Sponsorship Sales Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sponsorship Sales Manager based in the United States.

This role is a high-energy, full-cycle sales position focused on driving sponsorship revenue across summits, retreats, and media platforms within the consumer products, eCommerce, and digital ecosystem space. You will own the entire sales process from lead generation and outreach through negotiation, closing, and ongoing account management. The position requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You will engage with senior marketing and partnerships leaders at leading brands and help position high-value sponsorship opportunities. This is a highly autonomous role with significant earning potential, ideal for someone motivated by results and uncapped commission structures. You will also contribute to shaping outreach strategies and improving sales effectiveness using modern tools and AI-driven workflows.

Accountabilities
  • Own and manage the full sponsorship sales pipeline from initial outreach through negotiation, closing, and post-sale relationship management.
  • Build, research, and maintain targeted prospect lists across eCommerce, CPG, DTC, media, and adjacent ecosystems using tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, and similar platforms.
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and warm introductions to generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery and sales calls with prospective sponsors, presenting partnership packages and addressing objections to close deals.
  • Develop tailored sponsorship proposals and coordinate internal approvals and contract execution processes.
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline by tracking pipeline stages, outreach activity, conversion metrics, and revenue forecasts with accuracy.
  • Manage existing sponsor relationships, ensuring delivery of contracted benefits and identifying upsell and renewal opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at relevant industry events and summits when required to support relationship building and brand visibility.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, sponsorship sales, partnerships, or business development roles.
  • Proven track record of closing deals or generating revenue in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
  • Strong experience managing CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outbound messaging and sales narratives.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and building relationships from scratch with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in eCommerce, DTC, CPG, media, events, or adjacent industries is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Notion AI, or similar) to enhance productivity and outreach effectiveness.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals and priorities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel to key U.S. events when required.
Benefits
  • Base salary of $3,000/month during the first 90 days with performance-based compensation review
  • Uncapped commission structure with significant earning potential tied to closed sponsorships
  • Fully remote working environment with flexibility and autonomy
  • High-growth, performance-driven sales culture with direct impact on revenue outcomes
  • Opportunity to work closely with fast-growing brands in eCommerce, media, and consumer sectors
  • Exposure to industry events, summits, and high-value commercial partnerships
  • Clear opportunity for rapid income growth based on performance
