This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Account Manager based in the United States.
This role is focused on owning and growing strategic enterprise customer relationships after the initial sale, acting as the primary driver of long-term value realization and expansion. You will work with global, complex accounts across cloud and platform engineering environments, ensuring customers successfully adopt the platform and continuously expand its usage across teams and regions. The position requires a strong blend of technical credibility and commercial acumen, as you engage with senior stakeholders from engineering through to executive leadership. You will develop structured account strategies that align customer outcomes with platform capabilities and measurable business impact. Operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment, you will help shape how post-sales success is executed at scale. This is a high-ownership role with direct influence on revenue retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction.
- Own a portfolio of global enterprise accounts, driving net revenue retention, expansion, and long-term account health through structured engagement and strategic planning
- Serve as the primary post-sale relationship owner, building deep multi-threaded relationships across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
- Develop and execute account plans that translate customer objectives into platform adoption, expansion opportunities, and measurable business outcomes
- Lead renewal and expansion conversations, including commercial negotiations, pricing alignment, and contract coordination in partnership with internal teams
- Drive adoption and value realization by coordinating cross-functional resources such as solutions engineering, customer success, and product teams
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, surfacing feedback, identifying risks, and influencing product and roadmap priorities
- Maintain accurate forecasting, account health scoring, and proactive risk management across assigned portfolio
- Represent the organization in executive reviews, customer meetings, and industry events to strengthen relationships and uncover growth opportunities
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or strategic sales roles with a strong record of revenue expansion and retention success
- Proven experience managing complex, global, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships, including senior and executive-level engagement
- Background in cloud, infrastructure, developer tooling, or platform technologies with the ability to communicate credibly with technical audiences
- Strong commercial acumen with experience leading renewals, expansions, and navigating enterprise procurement processes
- Demonstrated ability to build structured account plans tied to customer outcomes and long-term value creation
- Experience working in fast-paced, scaling environments with evolving processes and high levels of ambiguity
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across technical and executive audiences
- Strong organizational and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
