Job Description

Head of Experimentation

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Experimentation based in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of client strategy, paid media expertise, and high-impact onboarding execution, serving as the first major touchpoint after a deal is signed. You will be responsible for shaping the early client experience, ensuring seamless transitions from sales to delivery while building trust, clarity, and momentum from day one. The position blends hands-on paid advertising knowledge with strong client-facing leadership, requiring you to guide kickoff meetings, structure campaign foundations, and ensure all technical and strategic elements are in place for success. You will also act as a problem-solver and process optimizer, identifying gaps early and improving onboarding systems through experimentation, automation, and AI-driven workflows. Operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will play a key role in improving both client outcomes and internal efficiency. This is a highly visible role where your work directly influences retention, performance, and client satisfaction.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and drive the full 30-day client onboarding journey from signed contract through successful handoff to delivery teams
  • Lead kickoff meetings and onboarding sessions that establish trust, clarity, and excitement for new client partnerships
  • Join select sales calls to provide paid media expertise and strengthen client confidence during the pre-sale process
  • Build and execute initial paid media “First Aid Kits,” including campaign structure, tracking setup, and account readiness
  • Collect, validate, and organize all client assets, access, and technical requirements to ensure seamless campaign launch readiness
  • Identify risks, missing information, and process gaps early to prevent delays or performance issues
  • Collaborate with Sales and Growth teams to improve conversion rates, onboarding efficiency, and client outcomes through experimentation and process optimization
  • Continuously refine onboarding workflows using AI, automation tools, and creative problem-solving approaches
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience managing and building paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • 2+ years of experience in client-facing account management, ideally within a performance marketing or agency environment
  • Strong expertise in B2B paid advertising strategy focused on revenue and growth outcomes
  • Experience participating in sales conversations, client onboarding, or consultative pre-sales support
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead meetings and present confidently to clients and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple onboardings simultaneously
  • Deep attention to detail with a proactive mindset for identifying and solving problems
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote, and highly collaborative environments
  • Familiarity with tools such as Asana and HubSpot is a plus
  • Strong passion for digital marketing, experimentation, and client success
Benefits:
  • Base salary range: $100,000 – $120,000 with total compensation (OTE) of $150,000 – $170,000
  • 100% employer-covered health, dental, vision, and life insurance (base plan)
  • Unlimited paid time off (PTO)
  • Remote-first “work from anywhere” flexibility within the United States
  • 401(k) plan with up to 1% company match
  • Monthly wellness stipend ($100)
  • Friday lunch stipend ($25)
  • Annual $1,000 learning and conference budget
  • High-impact role with direct exposure to leadership and client strategy ownership
