Based on Experience: $17-20 per hour

Green Coyote Cantina Cobb is seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our back-of-house team. We are looking for dependable, hardworking kitchen professionals who can execute consistently while maintaining quality, speed, cleanliness, and teamwork. WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
• Work assigned stations during service while maintaining speed and accuracy
• Complete station setup and stocking before service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout each shift
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Communicate effectively with fellow cooks, chefs, and management
• Support fellow team members during busy service periods
• Complete kitchen closing duties and station breakdowns
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Previous line cook, sauté cook, fry cook experience required
• Experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants strongly preferred
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 pounds
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
• Days, nights, and weekends are required
• Holiday availability required
