Full-Time Marketing & SEO Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing & SEO Specialist to join our team full-time. This position will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, improving online visibility,and driving lead generation through SEO and digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns

Manage company website content and SEO optimization

Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices

Monitor website performance using analytics tools

Create email marketing campaigns

Generate marketing reports and track campaign performance

Improve search engine rankings and online presence

Collaborate with sales and leadership teams on branding initiatives

Create content for blogs, social media, and marketing materials

Stay current on SEO trends, Google updates, and digital marketing strategies

Qualifications

Experience in marketing, digital marketing, or SEO

Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and keyword strategy

Experience with social media management and content creation

Knowledge of website platforms such as WordPress preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Graphic design experience is a plus

Experience with Google Ads and paid advertising is preferred
