1. A self starter who can work alone. After you are trained (which can take anywhere from 2 weeks to several months) and are capable of maintaining your own route, you will be working by yourself most of the time.
2. Ability to use smartphone and email. The office personal communicate with you through phone or text.
3. You must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. Also to be able to work in the outside elements.
4. You must have a valid drivers license with a good driving record.

1. One week vacation benefits after one year of employment. Each additional year you work you can accrue another day of vacation. You continue to accrue additional days of vacation, and Holiday pay every year you are employed.
2. When you have your own route you have the benefit of driving our truck home each night. Your responsibility is to keep the truck clean.
