Flying S Title & Escrow is a subsidiary of Title Financial Corporation. We seek a Front Desk Coordinator/Escrow Assistant to join our team in Burley, Idaho. TFC is a family-owned company providing Title and Escrow Services since 1905. About the position
This position is responsible for answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate person. The position is typically the first person seen when someone arrives in the office, providing the guest with a great experience. This includes greeting them, directing them to the appropriate place, and providing excellent customer service. The position also provides administrative and clerical support to the escrow department and is responsible for opening orders and is responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of title orders.
This position reports to the President and County Manager.
Job Duties Include:
- Answer and route telephone calls professionally; take accurate messages.
- Greet clients courteously and direct them to the appropriate individual or department.
- Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and welcoming at the start of each day.
- Accept earnest money and provide accurate receipts; deposit funds per company policy.
- Open and process new escrow and title orders by inputting data into the production system.
- Verify order information, including legal descriptions, addresses, and buyer/seller data.
- Request and process payoff statements, lien releases, insurance, commissions, and legal documents.
- Prepare and send lender packages in accordance with closing instructions.
- Disburse funds accurately and in compliance with accounting procedures.
- Upload and manage documents in document retention systems.
- Research and deliver property profile information such as chain of title, tax statements, and parcel numbers.
- Perform clerical tasks including mail handling, filing, scanning, ordering supplies, and light bookkeeping.
- Deliver documents to clients, banks, courthouses, or other locations as needed.
- Support company values, goals, and culture through professional conduct and teamwork.
- React positively to changes in responsibilities or procedures.
- Maintain prompt, predictable, and regular attendance.
- Other job duties as required.
