Position Summary
Position: Finance Manager
Classification : Full Time; Exempt (Commission Base)
Reports To: General Manager
Work Location: In person; South Houston near I-45 and Beltway
Essential Duties include but are not limited to:
- Develop personal relationships with lenders and place contracts accordingly
- Offer and facilitate optional products to customers to help in the owning experience
- Analyze financial records
- Establish interpersonal business relationships to facilitate work activities.
- Monitor flow of cash or other resources.
- Maintain regulatory or compliance documentation.
- Prepare financial documents, reports, or budgets.
- Prepare reports related to compliance matters.
- Communicate organizational information to customers or other stakeholders.
- Prepare operational progress or status reports.
- Other Duties May be assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- 1-5 years of automotive industry experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Must be highly organized with attention to detail
Relevant Work Experience & Other Requirements:
- Must meet dealerships requirements for employment which include background check and drug screening
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable based on driving record.
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must be punctual and reliable.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit, stand, and/ or walk for extended periods of time
