This senior-level role is central to the successful delivery of complex real estate and construction projects across multiple phases, from planning through execution.
You will oversee end-to-end project performance, ensuring alignment with client expectations, budgets, and timelines in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
The position requires close collaboration with clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams to drive operational excellence and project success.
You will be responsible for proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and maintaining strong governance across all assigned projects.
This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, ensuring high-quality delivery while supporting business growth objectives.

- Manage and oversee multiple concurrent projects across different phases of development, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
- Define and develop project scope, schedules, and execution plans while identifying risks, constraints, and mitigation strategies.
- Lead project meetings, document discussions, and ensure effective follow-up on actions and deliverables.
- Coordinate and manage vendor procurement processes, including RFP tracking, contractor engagement, and subcontractor oversight.
- Monitor project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and reporting to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reporting tools, and governance records throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate and negotiate with architects, contractors, consultants, and client representatives to ensure successful execution.
- Proactively manage project risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely escalation when required.
- Support internal teams in achieving performance targets, operational efficiency, and margin objectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and assist in training and mentoring team members.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and industry best practices across all project activities.
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in project management, construction, real estate, architecture, or engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Postsecondary education in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management is preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, and technical execution.
- Experience working in commercial real estate, construction, or architectural environments is required.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, including drawings and space planning concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities with the capacity to manage competing priorities.
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel and adapt work schedules as needed based on project demands.
