Senior GTM Learning Experience Enablement

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Learning Experience Engineer based in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of instructional design, enablement strategy, and AI-driven workflow innovation, supporting internal Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. You will design and scale modern, learner-centered experiences that transform complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable enablement content. Beyond traditional learning design, you will also drive the integration of AI, automation, and workflow optimization to improve efficiency and scalability across enablement programs. The role requires a strong blend of creativity, systems thinking, and technical fluency to build impactful learning journeys that support sales and technical teams. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify skill gaps, design solutions, and continuously improve learning effectiveness through data and feedback. Accountabilities:

This role is responsible for designing scalable, engaging learning experiences while also engineering AI-powered enablement solutions that improve how internal GTM teams learn, operate, and perform.

  • Design and deliver modern learning experiences using adult learning principles, microlearning strategies, and instructional design best practices
  • Translate complex technical and product knowledge into clear, actionable enablement content for sales and technical teams
  • Build and maintain scalable learning programs including onboarding, certifications, playbooks, assessments, and ongoing training libraries
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and GTM leadership to identify capability gaps and deliver targeted learning solutions
  • Measure learning effectiveness using performance data, feedback, and engagement insights to continuously improve programs
  • Identify and optimize manual or repetitive workflows across enablement and GTM operations using AI and automation tools
  • Develop and implement AI-driven solutions such as chatbots, knowledge assistants, personalization tools, and automated reporting systems
  • Build integrations and automation workflows across CRM, LMS, and collaboration platforms to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Ensure alignment with IT, security, and data governance standards while implementing automation initiatives
Requirements:

This position requires experience in learning experience design or sales enablement within a technology-driven environment, combined with strong technical curiosity and the ability to leverage AI and automation tools to enhance learning systems.

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, or sales enablement content development
  • Experience working in a SaaS, cloud, or software environment
  • Proven ability to design and deliver technical or product-focused enablement content
  • Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools such as Python, APIs, Zapier, Workato, or LLM-based assistants
  • Experience publishing and managing content in LMS/CMS platforms
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to deadlines and quality
  • Growth mindset with a strong interest in innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bonus: experience with eLearning tools such as Camtasia, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
