Job Summary
The Paid Search & Paid Social Coordinator will support the execution, maintenance, reporting, and quality assurance of ongoing paid media campaigns across Search and Social channels. This role will report directly to the Paid Search Associate Director and partner closely with search and social teams to ensure campaigns are launched accurately, monitored regularly, and paced in alignment with client goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working in-platform, and able to manage recurring responsibilities while supporting ad hoc projects across a range of client needs. This fully remote role is hands on keyboards and supports both internal team operations and client deliverables.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Support backend hands on keyboard execution of paid Search and paid Social campaigns across platforms as needed
- Prepare and maintain daily pacing reports and pacing updates to help monitor campaign delivery and budget performance
- Compile monthly search term reports and performance reports, with support in pulling data and organizing insights for internal and client-facing use. Flag delivery issues, risks, or opportunities to the larger team in a timely manner
- Conduct ongoing QA across paid Search and paid Social campaigns to ensure campaign accuracy, proper setup, correct targeting, budgets, tracking, and creative implementation. This requires very strong attention to detail!
- Assist with keyword research, in-platform research, and platform updates to support campaign development and optimization
- Build creatives in-platform and perform creative QA to ensure assets are uploaded correctly and aligned with approved specs
- Support campaign builds as needed across paid Search and paid Social platforms
- Pull platform data and develop screenshot decks and other support materials for internal teams and client needs
- Participate in weekly scrums and other internal team meetings to communicate status updates, priorities, and support needs
- Assist with ad hoc projects across the team, including reporting support, market data gathering, and other media execution tasks as assigned
- Collaborate with internal team members to help provide out-of-office coverage and continuity of work
- Keep informed of platform changes, media trends, and best practices across paid Search and paid Social environments
- Support larger agency and department initiatives as needed, including process improvements, documentation, and team coordination
Requirements
- Entry level; 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Familiarity with paid Search and paid Social platforms, including campaign setup, QA, pacing, and reporting workflows. Google Ads certification is preferred.
- Working knowledge of campaign reporting, platform navigation, and media execution processes
- Ability to manage multiple recurring tasks and deadlines across several clients and campaigns
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and support shared team responsibilities
- Demonstrate critical thinking, problem solving abilities, and a proactive approach to task management
- AXM is a fully remote agency. The ability to be resourceful and seek solutions independently, as well as being a self-starter is critical to success. This includes also knowing when and how to ask for help when needed.
- Ability to manage expectations, prioritize work effectively, and meet deadlines
- Strong experience working within Google Workspace & Tools and Microsoft Suite

The pay range for this role is:
