Project Engineer Internship- Heavy Civil in Salt Lake City, Utah at Sterling Construction Company, Inc.

Interns will be expected to assist in:

· Assists Project Superintendents

· Assisting in public relations, claims, subcontractor back charges, and force account work

· Processing all documents required to start-up project as outlined in project checklist.

· Update and maintain C.P.M. under direction of P.M.

· Monthly schedule distribution to field and subcontractors.

· Schedule survey and inspections for field operations.

· Update and maintain as-Built drawings if required.

· Tracking quantities to ensure accurate payment by Owner.

· Managing Blue Stakes.

· Managing change order correspondence and tracking

Requirements

• Junior or Senior (highly preferred)
• Minimum GPA 2.75
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• Past construction work experience is preferred
