Chicas Tacos is hiring an energetic, motivated individual with NATURAL LEADERSHIP abilities who has an appreciation for hospitality and a passion for delicious food. You would have the unique experience of LEADING our team at our Miracle Mile location on 8th and La Brea. We are paying a competitive wage including tips and higher wages for candidates with more experience with real opportunities for advancement within the restaurant and company.

We serve a better taco (trust us...they're delicious!) and other delicious Mexican fare using the highest quality ingredients in a casual, fun atmosphere.

Store Lead daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-lead a team of 7 FOH and assist with a BOH team of 7

-work all positions including but not limited to, cashier, expediter, floor leadership

-maintain Chicas Tacos standards

-light side work

-provide highest level of hospitality to our guests

-follow Covid-19 safety protocol to ensure the safety of our guests and staff

-ensure labor laws are met

-staff scheduling

-other various supervisor level responsibilities

Requirements

This job is right for you if you:

have 1-2 years experience in a lead position in a high volume restaurant (preferred)

have a positive attitude

enjoying working on a team

have a true passion for hospitality and great food
