Residential Services

Our residential programs provide individualized supports that help people live safely, independently, and as active members of their communities while honoring each person's goals and preferences. This is 24 hour supports working in a home setting with multiple people.

Supported Living & In-Home Services

We provide customized supports that help people maintain independence in their own homes and communities. Services are tailored to each individual's unique needs and personal goals. These are one on one supports in people's homes and communities.

Children's Services

Our Children's Services focus on helping children thrive in safe, nurturing, and supportive environments. We promote growth, independence, and meaningful community participation. This is 24 hour supports in a home setting with 2 to 3 children living together.

The Services Manager – Portland Metro Residential (9th St.) provides leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality, person-centered residential services. This role supports and develops advocates, maintains compliance, and partners across departments to create safe, consistent, and inclusive supports for the people we serve.

Compensation

The starting salary range for this position is $49,146.88–$58,389.69 annually.

People & Team Leadership

Lead, coach, and support Lead Support Professionals and Direct Support Professionals Foster a positive, accountable, and inclusive team culture aligned with ALSO valuesSupport recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance managementEnsure appropriate staffing coverage and on-call response

Program & Service Oversight

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Alpine residential programEnsure services remain person-centered, rights-based, and trauma-informedSupport individualized service plans and outcomesCollaborate with Behavior Supports, Nursing, QI, AR, Finance and other partners

Compliance & Quality

Maintain compliance with licensing requirements, policies, and organizational standardsComplete audits, documentation reviews, and corrective actions as neededEnsure timely and accurate documentation and incident reporting

Communication & Collaboration

Serve as a liaison between advocates, leadership, and interdisciplinary teamsCommunicate clearly with internal and external partnersParticipate in leadership meetings and continuous improvement efforts🎓 Qualifications

Required
