We’re looking for someone who understands the expectations of Class A residents, knows how to lead and develop a high-performing team, and has a track record of driving occupancy, revenue, resident satisfaction, and overall asset performance.
The ideal candidate has demonstrated success managing a conventional Class A luxury apartment community, excels at building and motivating teams, and is committed to delivering an exceptional resident experience while maintaining the highest operational standards.

What You'll Do- Lead all day-to-day operations of a Conventional Class A apartment community.
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing onsite team.
- Drive occupancy, resident retention, and revenue growth.
- Manage budgets, collections, financial reporting, and expense control.
- Maintain exceptional curb appeal and community standards.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and outstanding customer service.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and operational standards.
- Build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and business partners.
- Partner closely with regional leadership to execute business strategies and achieve property goals.
- Three or more years of Community Manager experience in multifamily housing.
- Previous experience managing a Conventional Class A apartment community strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading and developing onsite teams.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, occupancy, collections, and revenue performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Entrata or similar property management software preferred.
- A proactive leader who leads with integrity, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.
