We are a rapidly growing digital marketing agency speciali

POSITION OVERVIEW
Are you a natural relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? Do you get energy from juggling multiple priorities, partnering with clients, and turning data into actionable results? If so, we want you on our team.

We’re looking for a motivated, energetic Account Manager to join our growing Client Experience team. In this role, you’ll manage 50+ accounts, build strong relationships, spot growth opportunities, and keep clients confident that their marketing is in good hands. You’ll love talking with people, solving problems, and turning performance data into stories that drive action.

The right candidate brings energy, positivity, and a “get it done” mindset. You’ll be the trusted voice for your clients and the connector across our Paid Media team, ensuring strategy translates into results. If you’re motivated, curious, and excited to help businesses grow, you’ll fit right in.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a high-volume book of 50+ client accounts with excellence and care.
  • Lead regular client calls, providing insights, recommendations, and updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Paid Media, Creative, Strategy) to deliver campaigns that hit client goals.
  • Place ad tickets, ad health check tickets, and ensure timely execution.
  • Conduct dashboard checks through our analytics platform, tracking KPIs and performance.
  • Monitor, optimize, and strategize on client ad campaigns to drive measurable results.
  • Manage client budgets and provide proactive recommendations for spend allocation.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) for client portfolio tracking and management
  • Experience with analytics and reporting platforms (Burn Analytics or similar) to monitor performance and extract insights
  • Familiarity with project management/ticketing systems for campaign and ad placement workflows
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for communication, reporting, and collaboration

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience managing a large, diverse portfolio of 50+ accounts in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior agency experience, ideally with franchise or multi-location clients
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM for client management and communication tracking
  • Strong data fluency with the ability to interpret and present marketing performance metrics
  • Background in digital marketing, advertising, or client services with measurable results
  • Proven success in building strong client relationships and maintaining high retention rates
  • Experience collaborating across teams to deliver integrated marketing strategies
