We are currently recruiting for a/an Commodity Manager PV/Bess to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Location: Tempe, Arizona
Salary Range: $150,000-$175,000

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sourcing initiatives for assigned categories.
  • Conduct supplier negotiations and manage contracts in coordination with legal.
  • Analyze spending and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Develop and implement process improvements.
  • Coach and review work of more junior procurement team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve supply issues.

Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor’s required; Master’s or advanced coursework in supply chain/business a plus.
  • CIPS/ISM Level 4+ or equivalent preferred.
Experience & Technical Skills
  • 6-8 years’ procurement experience, including sourcing/negotiation.
  • Advanced user of procurement/CLM systems.
  • Strong data analysis/reporting (Excel, BI tools).
